All our thoughts and emotions are a form of energy. Similarly the people around us are constantly projecting their thoughts (in form of expectations, judgements, comparisons, etc) upon us, often unintentionally. We do get energetically affected by them, whether or not we are aware of it. If we do not protect ourselves from these negative energies, they start contaminating our aura, which subsequently affects us emotionally, physically, financially and in many other forms.
