Relationship Healing

We often encounter situations in which we feel emotionally constrained within a relationship, and are unable to move ahead. Such emotional distress and resentment also adversely affects the others involved. To revitalize any stagnant relationship, we first have to work on ourself. Sometimes the problem is us and not them. Becoming aware of the source (point of creation) of the underlying issues and disintegrating them systematically is the key.

Sometimes, people who were once important to us no longer feel significant. As we grow and evolve, our energies, interests, and goals change. This natural process can cause people to drift apart. It’s not anyone’s fault; it’s just evolution. We may need to rebuild trust that may have been damaged due to past betrayals, dishonesty, or breaches of confidence. Energetically, as we heal ourselves and bless them, the overall energy of the relationship changes.

At times, the best or the only solution for all parties involved is to forgive, let go and move on. Although forgiveness is a very deep form of self-healing, it needs a lot of inner strength and persistence to practice it.

Forgiveness is not a matter of who is right or wrong. It is a matter of doing the right thing.
