Improving Focus and Concentration

As parents we aim for the best for our children, and in today’s competitive environment, their academic performance and overall development is a concern. Traditional methods consist of managing time efficiently, setting specific goals, fostering positive thinking, and maintaining a healthy home environment, among others.
There are also techniques in the energy world that can improve academic performance by enhancing attention span, reducing stress and anxiety levels, and increasing focus on studies. It is generally a good idea to apply these energy-based techniques a few months before exams to so that there is ample time for them prepare.
Apart from energy-based healing techniques, there is also a self-help technique that can be practised for improving focus and attention, the Super Brain Yoga.
Super Brain Yoga
There is a very simple technique, called “Super Brain Yoga”, taught by Master Choa Kok Sui, which helps energise and activate our brain cells. Regular practice sharpens memory, improves concentration and helps in balancing the emotions.
It assists in maintaining focus and regulating emotions. Additionally, it supports patients with dyslexia, memory loss, and Alzheimer’s disease. Children with ADD, ADHD, or Autism can also find it beneficial. This technique is suitable for individuals of all ages and can be used daily to promote brain health. The method is straightforward and requires only 2-3 minutes each day.
In Super Brain Yoga, the required practice cycles, frequency and the direction we must face while doing it is crucial, depending on the subject’s age and general well-being. Therefore, initial practice needs supervision.
