It is when we take our brain out of its regular “processing mode” and keep it blank, that we are able to hear the whispers of our inner-voice, the voice of wisdom, intuition and direct knowing – the voice of the Angels and the Devas. Otherwise we keep looping in the same repeated thoughts again and again. 95% of our thoughts are repeated. We get new ideas and solutions to our problems when our intuitive faculty gets activated in stillness. Stillness means no thoughts. Meditation is an age old technique that helps in developing our intuitive faculties, brings clarity of thought, helps in increasing focus and gives sense of deep peace, stillness and well-being.
